I just read an article on HGTV.com (weird, I know) but wanted to let you all know that the color forecasters (what a job!) say it’s official. Chocolate brown is out as the color to pair everything with. The new color is steely gray. I’ve seen the transition in the works and they say that by 2009 it will be everywhere. I’m already planning to paint my kitchen a blue/gray color…I didn’t know I would be so "in."

Owls are everywhere! Well, it seems that way. It all started when my husband bought me this necklace from etsy for Christmas. (I picked it out, therefore I love it.)

I’ve been seeing owls all over the place since then.
